Your Role

  • Support the learning and development of children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Build nurturing relationships with children and parents.
  • Lead small group activities, including phonics and play-based learning.
  • Observe, assess and record children’s progress.
  • Provide pastoral, medical and welfare support for all children.
  • Create an engaging, safe and stimulating learning environment.

  • Willingness to learn and complete the Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
  • Be subject to a six-month probationary period, an enhanced DBS disclosure, a new starter medical check, and provide details for two references (one from current or most recent employer).
