Overview

We are looking to appoint an Office Administrator for our school on a permanent contract.

Our Office Administrator acts as an ambassador for the school. They are the first point of contact for visitors, families and pupils. The successful candidate will support the Headteacher, staff and pupils by providing professional and highly effective administrative support. We are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the ever-changing needs of the school.

Details

Hours of work: 31 hours and 40 minutes per week, Monday – Friday (08.30 am – 3.20 pm, with 30 minutes for lunch) for 39 weeks per year. Please note, holidays cannot be taken in term time but an allowance for holiday entitlement is paid on top.

Rate of pay: Grade E, scale points 4-5, £25,186 – £25,583 (pro rata, per annum)
