As a phase leader, you will:
- Be an exemplary practitioner, modelling outstanding classroom practice
- Lead a team of dedicated professionals in Key Stage 2 to ensure the highest outcomes for our children
- Respond to data outcomes across the phase to further drive improvement and raise standards
- Take on the strategic leadership of either Maths across the school
- Drive excellence in teaching and learning across Years 3 and 4, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all pupils
- Support and mentor colleagues to develop their practice and enhance pupil progress
- Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the school as part of the Senior Leadership Team
- Work closely with senior leaders, parents, and the wider community to ensure a dynamic and engaging curriculum
