On Track Silverstone is a 40-place independent special school for pupils aged 11–16, offering a highly personalised approach through small group and individualised learning. The Role
We are seeking a passionate and creative Lead Art Teacher to lead the development and delivery of Art across the setting. You will play a key role in inspiring pupils, shaping an engaging Art curriculum, and supporting young people to develop confidence, creativity, and achievement. You will have responsibility for the ongoing development of the Art curriculum, including appropriate accreditation routes, ensuring learning is meaningful, motivating, and accessible to all pupils.

- Inspire and motivate pupils through high-quality teaching and creative practice
- Support pupils to make progress and achieve appropriate accreditation
