We are looking to recruit a committed Full-Time Key Stage 1 Lead with ambition and confidence who wants to develop their skills in a forward thinking and progressive environment. Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Work in close collaboration with the Headteacher and SLT in whole school development.
- Actively support the vision, ethos and policies of the school and promote high levels of achievement throughout.
- Line manage staff within KS1, undertaking performance management.
- In partnership with the Headteacher and SLT, monitor the quality of teaching and children’s progress and attainment in KS1.
- Ensure strategies are implemented so that pupils’ outcomes in KS1 are in-line or above national average.
- Have the skills and knowledge to be able to accurately moderate outcomes in KS1.
