Overview

Thorplands Primary School, part of Northampton Primary Academy Trust, have a vacancy for a passionate Early Years Practitioner. We are looking for someone who truly believes in the transformative effect good quality early education can have on children and who wants to be part of an incredible team who are excited by developing the provision to maximise childhood development.

Thorplands has a strong sense of team and the value of getting early education right. We know this is where we can support children most effectively, in the earliest days of their education. The pre school is an important part of our school and we value the impact it has as children continue on their journey with us.

We are looking for someone who is a reliable, committed and resilient professional to join our team, someone who can provide learners with the support and dedication they need; someone who is willing to go the extra mile and who is willing to become involved in all that Thorplands Primary School and NPAT has to offer. This includes a network across of supportive, creative practitioners across our pre schools who support each other.

About NPAT

Northampton Primary Academy Trust aims to achieve educational excellence; creating opportunities and enriching lives. This applies to our fabulous staff as well as our children. Role and requirements

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and safer recruitment practice. An enhanced DBS check is required for all successful applicants and references will be requested for shortlisted applicants prior to interview and will form part of the interview process. The successful applicant will be expected to have two satisfactory references and undertake a medical questionnaire.
