The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS teacher to work within our friendly and supportive team from December 2025. This role would be suitable for an ECT or teacher in the early stages of their career. This is a fixed term role to cover a maternity leave.
The successful candidate will be a committed team player who is organised but can also respond to change.We are looking for someone who can motivate pupils and peers and can deliver quality teaching that drives achievement and inspires a love of learning. The successful candidate should be passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people and exemplify our vision that ‘all can achieve’. A caring and empathetic approach is essential, and we expect all our staff to place high importance on wellbeing and pupil mental health.

Millbrook Infant School is a three-form entry infant school serving the Ise Lodge estate of Kettering and the surrounding areas. We have a talented and experienced teaching team with plenty of capacity to support a developing teacher with high potential. The successful applicant would undertake class teaching responsibility in EYFS.
