Your Role
- Support the learning and development of children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Build nurturing relationships with children and parents.
- Lead small group activities, including phonics and play-based learning.
- Observe, assess and record children’s progress.
- Provide pastoral, medical and welfare support for all children.
- Create an engaging, safe and stimulating learning environment.
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- A positive, enthusiastic and caring attitude.
- Willingness to learn and complete the Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
- Be subject to a six-month probationary period, an enhanced DBS disclosure, a new starter medical check, and provide details for two references (one from current or most recent employer).
