Teach Midlands requires a family support worker to join our dedicated team, collaborating with parents to strengthen parental capacity and family relationships and to reduce barriers to learning by boosting parental engagement in the local community and in the student’s education.
You will work with knowledge of The Children Act 1989 & 2004, safeguarding issues, and data protection, and you will be an effective communicator who builds relationships with people.
