We are working with Alternative Provisions and specialist settings supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Many pupils have experienced barriers to mainstream education and require consistent, patient and nurturing adults.

The Role

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
  • Supporting emotional regulation and social skills development
  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams
  • Encouraging engagement in education and positive outcomes

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience working with SEMH, challenging behaviour or vulnerable young people
  • Calm, resilient and consistent approach
  • Youth work, or care backgrounds welcome
