Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective MFL lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where students feel confident and motivated to learn languages.
  • Differentiate teaching strategies to meet the needs of learners of all abilities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to a supportive and high‑performing department.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Strong subject knowledge of MFL (e.g. French, Spanish, German).
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous teaching experience is essential, with a passion for inspiring students through language learning.
