Role: Primary Teacher
Rate: £165 – £195 per day

Are you a passionate, creative, and adaptable teacher looking for a flexible teaching role? TeachMatch is seeking a Primary Teacher to join our team, working across a fantastic primary in Broadway. This role would be well suited to an ECT looking to gain valuable classroom experience, or an experienced teacher seeking a short‑term opportunity to make a meaningful contribution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high‑quality lessons across KS1 and KS2
- Follow and adapt lesson plans, with occasional planning required
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create an engaging learning environment
- Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain continuity in learning
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Full DBS (ideally on the update service)
- Experience working in a primary or alternative provision setting
- A flexible, positive, can‑do attitude
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A genuine passion for supporting young learners, including those with additional needs
