This role would be well suited to an ECT looking to gain valuable classroom experience, or an experienced teacher seeking a short-term opportunity to make a meaningful contribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain continuity in learning

Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Full DBS (ideally on the update service)
  • Experience working in a primary or alternative provision setting
  • A flexible, positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A genuine passion for supporting young learners, including those with additional needs
