TeachMatch Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner Level 3 to join an exciting new all-through school in South Leamington, Warwickshire. Since opening in September 2023, they have been growing year by year, building a team that is passionate about educational excellence for our pupils, families and the wider community.
This role offers a rare opportunity to be part of a brand-new school, shaping its development and contributing to its success. An Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) plays a vital role in the development and education of young children. Their key responsibilities typically include:
- Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities to support early learning.
- Observing and assessing children's progress in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Encouraging social, emotional, cognitive and physical development through play-based learning.
- Providing care and support tailored to each child's developmental needs.
- Supporting children with additional needs or SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
- Encouraging independence, confidence and positive behaviour.
- Establishing strong relationships with children, parents and carers.
- Communicating progress, achievements and any concerns with families.
- Working in collaboration with colleagues and external professionals.
