We are supporting a fantastic primary school in Cheltenham who are looking for an experienced, organised and friendly School Administrator to provide essential office cover.

If you thrive in a busy environment, enjoy supporting staff, students and parents, here’s what you'll be doing:

  • Front-office reception duties
  • Managing calls, emails and visitor enquiries
  • Attendance support and general administration
  • Supporting safeguarding processes (training provided)
  • Assisting with data entry and school systems (SIMS/Arbor a bonus)

Requirements:

  • DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
  • Previous admin or customer-facing experience
  • Confident with IT and communication
  • Professional, reliable and able to work independently
