Teach First is seeking an Implementation and Design Manager (SEND) to lead design and delivery across NPQ SENCO programmes. You will work with internal teams and external partners to ensure quality, impact and alignment with SEND policy updates. A strong SENCO background and a commitment to inclusive education are essential.
You will report to the Head of NPQ – Implementation & Design and collaborate with school leaders, mentors, and regulators to continually improve programme outcomes.
