Salary package: £31,510 per annum, plus £3,000 London Weighting

Responsibilities
As a Programme Talent Officer, you’ll source and support brilliant talent to join our programmes. You’ll be assigned either a portfolio of universities and/or recent graduate, young professional or career changer talent pools, and will be accountable for meeting target volumes of hires. You’ll deliver a great candidate experience, particularly focused on innovative sourcing and effective post‑offer contact. You’ll spend engaging days at events but also have real flexibility on how and where else to deliver your best work.

Qualifications
- Passionate about recruitment and delivering strong candidate experience.
- Experienced in working towards ambitious targets and consistently motivating self to reach goals.
- Proven experience building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience planning and organising full workload with strong initiative and decision‑making abilities.
- Resilience during challenging, uncertain or changing periods.
- Clear communicator with ability to adapt style and gain commitment from different audiences.
