As Finance Processing Analyst, you will focus on the Purchase and Sales Ledgers, working in the Transactions team to ensure that our customers and suppliers receive timely service and a positive experience. You’ll process invoices, review staff expense claims (in accordance with Teach First’s expenses policy), and handle Payment Request Form payments for one-off suppliers. You’ll also monitor and respond to queries in the shared mailboxes, create new supplier accounts. You may need to support accounts receivable by raising customer and donor invoices in accordance with IRFs (Invoice Request Forms).
