Teach First is looking for a Head of Policy and Public Affairs to influence education policy and public advocacy. This role involves integrating strategies across government relations, developing policy, and enhancing Teach First’s impact in tackling educational disadvantage.
The successful candidate will oversee public affairs strategies, manage cross-functional campaigns, and engage with senior leadership to drive meaningful change, aiming to strengthen the organization's voice in educational policy.
Additionally, for the initial six months, the individual will cover the Head of Media and Campaigns, ensuring effective media strategies and communication.
