As Executive Assistant, you will provide support to your nominated Executive Director (ED) and their Division. You will add value by maximising the productivity of your ED and the teams you work with through effective planning, communication and organisation. You will support with priority projects from conception to evaluation and be expected to communicate with stakeholders across the organisation.

  • Do you have experience of providing high-level support to a senior leader in a fast paced organisation?
  • Do you have exceptional organisation, planning and administrative skills, by using Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Office?
  • Do you have experience of making effective and timely decisions under pressure and within tight deadlines, ensuring attention to detail?
  • Can you analyse issues and escalate as appropriate to improve, change or adapt processes in order to provide positive and solutions focussed approach to problem solving?
  • Can you manage upwards and laterally, managing expectations and fostering effective team working across the Divisional senior leadership team?
  • Can you work independently in creation of meeting collateral and ensuring actions are followed up to completion?

    Advertised Salary, London Weighting Allowance and Annual Leave entitlement are FTE. They will be pro-rata\’d for part time and fixed term positions.
