The Internal Communications and Employee Experience Officer role manages core internal communications, events and intranet content and supports engagement surveys, recognition programmes and the Mental Health Champions community to enable employee engagement across the Charity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure written communications are crystal clear and compelling to read.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, including analysing, interpreting, and communicating large amounts of employee engagement data to different audiences.
  • Show interest in processes and systems, including the ability to learn new systems or digital tools and to own processes from development through to reporting and evaluation.
  • Build relationships quickly with key stakeholders and liaise with and influence people at all levels of seniority.
  • Manage multiple and competing priorities, including moving between project work and day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Commit to improving equity, diversity, and inclusion, including putting this commitment into practice.
