Role Overview:
The Teach 360 team is currently working with a SEMH school in Lambeth to find an experienced SEMH Behaviour Mentor who can start immediately. During your time as a SEMH Behaviour Mentor, you will be supporting a small number of students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Needs mostly through classroom-based support. A SEMH Behaviour Mentor is responsible for supporting students in their core and non-core subjects by providing guidance and support. There may be occasions where you will be supporting outside the classroom with interventions. An ideal SEMH Behaviour Mentor for this role must have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar field.
