The Role – Pastoral Manager – Brent

This is an exciting opportunity for a Pastoral Manager to join a fantastic mainstream secondary school based in the borough of Brent. You will be an experienced individual working closely with students monitoring behaviour and student progress. You will be working alongside the Head of Years and other staff members of the behaviour and pastoral team to create a positive and encouraging environment for students. You will be responsible for monitoring students’ attendance, behaviour and identifying students at potential risk, and working alongside external agencies. You will have a passion to help shape students’ future bright!
