About the Role

Youth Worker (Behaviour Mentor) – Secondary School – Hounslow – ASAP Start – £115-117 per day (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioural and pastoral support to students.
• Deliver 1:1, in‑class and outside‑class support for students with challenging behaviour.
• Work closely with the Behaviour Support Team to build rapport and support students from diverse backgrounds.
• Contribute to team meetings, behaviour risk assessments, and intervention planning.
• Use Team Teach / physical restraining training (when available) to manage behaviour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with young people, preferably in a school setting.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Empathy, excellent rapport‑building with students.
• Team Teach or physical intervention training is desirable.
• Passion for supporting students and helping shape their future.
