Role Description
This is a volunteer remote role for a Regenerative Tea Action Project (RTAP) Programme Manager. The Programme Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing projects aimed at promoting regenerative tea farming practices. Daily tasks include coordinating with tea farmers, developing project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring that goals are met. The role also involves fundraising applications and creating awareness campaigns, and engaging with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management and fundraising
- Knowledge of sustainable and regenerative agriculture practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the tea industry is a plus
- Bachelor\’s degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Project Management, or related field is beneficial
