As part of country expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and versatile Talent Acquisition Specialist to be part of the People team. You will be responsible for anchoring CHAGEE's expansion and serving as a key partner to the business. You will also be an integral part supporting the Group's strategic expansion and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to offer
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct resume screening and initial interviews
- Support mass hiring, campus hiring, and other recruitment initiatives
- Promote employer branding to attract quality candidates
- Handle HR data entry including work permits, account creation, employee files, and system updates
- Prepare and coordinate onboarding documentation and processes
- Manage offboarding activities, including exit interviews and clearance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and recruitment records
- Conduct regular store visits to check in with store partners and understand manpower needs
- Support store scheduling and coordination, especially for part-timers
- Assist in payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and manpower reporting
- Proven experience of 1 to 2 years as a talent acquisition or HR generalist, in a fast-paced environment
- Diploma in human resources or equivalent
- Enterprising mindset and approach
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of industry, recruitment trends and developments
- Team player, with a keen eye on details
