You will be responsible for leading and managing appointed stores, ensuring exceptional customer experience, consistent brand standards, strong financial performance, and a thriving team culture. Responsibilities- Develop business and operational strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and productivity targets.
- Identify and develop brand/business projects and partnerships.
- Manage and analyse performance metrics, financial reports (KPIs, COGS, labour, EBITDA), and market trends to identify opportunities/mitigate risks.
- Drive in-depth initiatives in establishing CHAGEE as a lifestyle offering.
- Provide insights on localised consumer demand, benchmarks, and market positioning.
- Manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in product quality, service, and store experience.
- Responsible for operational excellence initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and overall brand and store experience.
- Champion a people-oriented environment; genuine care for team well-being, development, and engagement.
- Collaborate with corporate to launch new initiatives and products.
