Role Responsibilities:
- Support and manage all IT and digital transformation initiatives for the Region, including requirements coordination, solution design, and overall project management.
- Lead cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration and communication to ensure all IT systems are delivered on time, launched smoothly, and operate stably.
- Take ownership of end-to-end requirements gathering, analysis, and strategic planning, managing the full product lifecycle.
- Proactively drive business requirements through coordination of internal and external resources, ensuring alignment and synchronization between Group and Regional Headquarters.
- Oversee and coordinate IT product and project execution across functions to ensure successful delivery and implementation.
- Ensure effective project delivery and support solution design and execution in collaboration with HQ and local product managers.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure successful implementation and functional rollout of systems.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or any related discipline.
- Strong logical thinking, solid product design and prototyping capabilities, and strong data analysis and insight skills.
- Experience in new retail or e-commerce product development, with proven experience leading 0-to-1 e-commerce or new retail product initiatives from concept to launch.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable, data-driven solutions and strategic plans.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with proven ability to drive initiatives across departments.
