Te Puna Wai o Waipapa – Hagley College is seeking a full-time permanent leader of our guidance and counselling team who loves working with young people and can develop positive, mana-enhancing relationships with ākonga, whānau, and staff.
The HOD will lead a team of three other counsellors of various permanent part time hours, 2-3 student counsellors, a mental health adviser and a social worker.
The team are also supported by an administrator.
It is a vibrant and busy place.
NZAC current registration and be a Registered NZ teacher.
