Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate Team Members to deliver superb customer service consistently round the clock.
- Work with management teams to support and motivate teams to ensure customers are well looked after.
- Oversee operations across forecourt, shop, bakery, fast‑food outlets, etc.
- Have prior experience working in retail or catering as a Team Member or supervisor.
- Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Have ambition to progress in management career.
