Responsibilities
- Lead multiple engineering, technology development, and R&D projects from concept to prototype delivery
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and priorities to drive execution
- Enable rapid customer response and prototype development through agile planning and delivery
- Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Commercial, Procurement, and Supply Chain to ensure successful delivery
- Establish project governance, reporting, and clear stakeholder communication
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality outcomes
- Support evaluation and prioritization of new customer opportunities and technology initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices
- Assist in transitioning successful R&D projects into formal product development programs
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related technical field
- Experience managing complex technical, engineering, product development, or R&D projects
- Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource and risk management
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication
- Experience in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and ambitious timelines
