TE Connectivity's Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. They perform changeovers and setups according to the production schedule, conduct quality checks following established processes, and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area and for following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

Production Operator Materials & Compounding Permanent Contract - Full-time Night Shift Position: Mon to Thurs 10pm to 6am & Fri 6pm to 12am Shift Allowance: 33%

Job Requirements:

  • Work within the team performing the various stages of production as defined by the Tyco Electronics Operating Advantage (Lean Manufacturing), Quality, Safety, General Standards and Company Procedures.
  • Adhere to the manufacturing schedule and notify supervision of any issues that may affect the completion of the schedule.
  • Prepare and complete all documentation accurately, legibly and in a timely manner.
  • Report any deviations to supervision promptly and assist in resolving non-compliances where necessary.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, procedures and quality within the department.
  • Comply with training procedures and keep abreast of updates to General Standards.
