Job Overview: Collaborates with multiple stakeholders to manage the flow of materials and products through the warehouse, plans, and schedules shipments to meet customer deadlines.
Job Requirements:
- Collaborating with other departments for smooth and timely delivery of shipments and goods and assisting with creating shipping and receiving reports.
- Tracking the performance metrics, resolving issues related to shipping and receiving that arise, and ensuring compliance with all the shipping regulations.
- Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials in the warehouse and preparing outgoing materials with appropriate scanning, labeling, and wrapping techniques.
- Managing the shipping and receiving of goods and supplies through the warehouse and consolidating the shipment receipts and reports.
What Your Background Should Look Like: Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school or equivalent is usually required.
