As a Senior Electronics Lead Engineer , you will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of innovative energy solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Innovate & Design: Develop advanced electronic designs that align with industry standards, particularly measuring circuits compliant with IEC 61010-1 .
  2. Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical lead for strategic development projects, guiding innovation and execution.
  3. Next-Gen Product Development: Take a pivotal role in designing and developing next-generation energy products.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with diverse teams across the business to drive projects from concept to completion.

Your ideal background:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced electronics engineer who is passionate about innovation and problem-solving.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  2. 10+ years of experience in digital and electronic circuit design, including measurement design and microprocessor selection .
  3. Expertise in electronic circuit design , including layout considerations from 1kV to 5V power and signal .
  4. Strong knowledge of common network protocols (Ethernet, Modbus, BACnet).
  5. Design for EMC and UL certification experience.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of computer literacy .
  7. Strong communication skills in English and ability to work across all levels of the business.
  8. A decisive, confident, and strategic mindset with strong planning and preparation skills .

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  1. Experience in analog circuit design and switch-mode power supplies .
  2. Familiarity with basic CAD principles and software .
