Job Overview

TE Connectivity’s Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods, ensuring smooth component flow. Responsibilities include performing changeovers, conducting quality checks, documenting results, maintaining a clean work area, and adhering to Environmental Health & Safety policies.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain safe working practices according to company standards.
• Select materials correctly using provided documentation.
• Deliver materials timely to meet customer expectations.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Maintain good housekeeping; 5S knowledge is a plus.
• Operate production equipment; experience in compounding, extruding, molding is advantageous but not required.
• Complete and file paperwork per system requirements.
• Work independently to meet quality and production targets after training.

Further Responsibilities

• Notify supervisors or purchasing of material shortages.
• Review production plans and communicate concerns or changes.
• Participate in daily team meetings.
• Communicate operational updates with relevant departments.
• Support other process departments as needed.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills.
