Primary Purpose

As an Assembly Operator, you will play a key role in producing high‑quality connectors by accurately building component parts in line with work instructions and specifications. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will help ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations while consistently meeting quality, efficiency, and output targets.

Job Requirements

  • Follow TE Connectivity’s documented departmental standards, fundamental rules, and company procedures to ensure safe and compliant working practice.
  • Assemble connector components to defined quality standards, minimising defects and rework.
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping standards to support a safe, organised, and efficient work environment.
  • Achieve required cycle times as defined in process routings, contributing to departmental efficiency targets.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision once trained, demonstrating reliability and self‑discipline.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to support workflow continuity and departmental performance.
