We are looking for a hands-on and dependable Injection Moulding Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating moulding machines, setting tools, inspecting parts, and supporting production processes. Experience in a mould shop or with moulding equipment is highly desirable.

Job Requirements:
  • Operate and monitor injection moulding machines.
  • Set and change modular tools, typically once per shift.
  • Run thermoset moulding processes and ensure consistent part quality.
  • Perform visual inspections and quality checks on finished parts.
  • Pack parts according to specifications.
  • Assist with tool setting and receive ongoing training.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
  • Willingness to work rotating swing shifts.
What Your Background Should Look Like:
  • Previous experience operating injection moulding machines.
  • Familiarity with mould shop environments and moulding processes.
  • Basic understanding or training in tool setting.
  • Experience with thermoset moulding is a plus.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
