We’re recruiting for an experienced and proactive Facilities Supervisor to oversee the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our site facilities and infrastructure. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, manage contractors, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvements that enable smooth and uninterrupted operations across the facility. Your New Role:

  • Oversee the smooth running and maintenance of buildings, equipment, utilities and site grounds
  • Ensure a safe, functional and compliant working environment
  • Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programmes
  • Reduce downtime and enhance equipment reliability across the site
  • Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service partners
  • Ensure quality delivery, cost efficiency and compliance with standards
  • Maintain adherence to all environmental, health and safety regulations
  • Support corporate sustainability and compliance goals
  • Oversee critical utilities including electricity, water, HVAC, compressed air and more
  • Ensure availability and reliability to support production activities
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of facility technicians
  • Foster a culture of safety, ownership and continuous improvement
  • Deliver site improvement initiatives such as space planning, energy‑efficiency upgrades and infrastructure enhancements
  • Contribute to long‑term facility optimisation and sustainability

Your Ideal Background:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
  • Experience in facilities or maintenance management, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, building systems, and utilities
  • Proven experience supervising teams and managing vendors or contractors
  • Excellent problem‑solving, organisational, and project‑management skills
  • Effective communicator who can work collaboratively across departments and levels
