Job Overview
TE Connectivity\’s Facilities Team conduct facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing and/or real estate coordination. They work closely and provide advice and counsel to company and/or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities.
Lead and Carry out a wide range of assignments to maintain & improve the efficiency, quality, safety and performance of the site facilities to include the onsite facility maintenance and management of external contractor safety & services. Create supporting facilities safety documentation, reporting and provide training to ensure safe and successful facility implementations.
Providing day to day facilities & safety site support for the teammates, checking and planning maintenance programs, contractor management, environment cost savings, safety improvements, support site with any required pick up / local deliveries of site components, stocks or sundries.
To assist with the safety and environmental improvements on site whilst providing technical support in trouble-shooting facility problems. Providing timely and efficient solutions for all areas of site.
