The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the site. This role is responsible for coordinating meeting and conference room logistics, managing visitor and contractor processes, supporting purchasing and invoice reconciliation, and maintaining key administrative records. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously in a dynamic environment. This is a part time role for a requirement to be in office with flexibility in the hours of work.
Job Requirements- Perform general administrative tasks, including document management, filing, and correspondence.
- Act as minute taker for plant and safety committee meetings.
- Maintain and update training records for staff.
- Manage the work badge log and support worked hours reporting.
- Organise and manage the site post room, including incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with site reporting through email, posters and intranet.
- Support site communication on results, events and notices.
- Support local community activities and act as company ambassador.
- Support site calendar of events as participant of plant committee.
- Other reasonable tasks as required.
