The Engineering Assurance Direction is looking to hire a Continuous Improvement Analyst who will be responsible for the deployment of our Lean Business System and continuous improvement initiatives in AD&M across the Engineering function.

Continuous Improvement expert in tools and methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen Facilitation, Problem Solving, and Lean Business System Deployment. This individual will be responsible for driving business process improvement in the Engineering function within their assigned region and globally.

Your new role:

  • Support the deployment of the AD&M business system within the Engineering function
  • Facilitate training on Lean / Continuous Improvement / Change Management tools and methodologies
  • Facilitate Kaizen Events and Problem-Solving Workshops
  • Manage Continuous Improvement Pipeline within areas of responsibility
  • Lead Continuous Improvement Projects/Initiatives
  • Support on Communications from TEOA, PMO and Engineering Excellence

Your ideal background:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Continuous Improvement, engineering, or Project Management
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Engineering degree preferred)
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required
  • Highly effective communicator and influencer, with the necessary communication and presentation skills to inspire and educate audiences in Lean Principles and run Kaizen Events at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in project management in complex organizations operating on a global scale preferred
  • Organizational ability, to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels
