  • Your New Role
  • Drive the TEOA Business System and guide the organization towards achieving Benckmark and Excellence in all areas
  • Support the Lighthouse sites with their 18 months engagement roadmap journey to deploy TEOA
  • Run Kaizen events and large VSM workshops on site cross functional and cross regional
  • Bring a seasoned outside-in view and regularly assess the management system
  • Develop a Processes & Excellence framework to bring more sites on Light House Initiatives /Journey
  • Ensure thorough stakeholder management by regularly interacting with Sales, Operations/Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, Finance, PM and other pertinent functions
  • Lead and Support Value Drivers and Enablers as defined at ACL Sector level
  • Map out, align and document end-to-end processes for quotations, order fulfilment, customer issue resolution, and other commercial tasks
  • Support Hoshin X Matrix priorities, Coach and Mentor
  • Establish tiered training structures to deploy processes and ensure adherence, global level
  • Develop process improvement ideas as well as automation/digitalization concepts, socialize and pressure-test the improvements and drive them to success.
  • Lead the implementation of service level differentiation in commercial functions; develop concepts for value-adding services for global and key customers
  • Work with P&L-owning subvertical (business segments) on process and interface improvements especially with regards to revenue maximization and inventory optimization
  • Take on comprehensive projects and drive them with a high degree of latitude, ensure proper goalsetting and timelines as well as change Management
  • Build an Army of problem solvers and Kaizen Facilitators and instill Kaizen culture
  • Drive continuous upskilling of the Processes & Excellence team, emphasize talent development, assess talents from line functions for potential career paths into TEOA and program management roles
  • Your Ideal Background
  • Master’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or another related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, PMO, functional leadership, or Business Transformation.
  • Strong hands‑on approach paired with the ability to formalize and sustain achievements
  • Experience defining and scaling PMO process excellence programs, tools and initiatives.
  • Experience in executing lean / business excellence transformation at scale in an Industrial environment and track‑record of delivering tangible results
  • Business excellence and Lean Expert process and methodologies
  • Continuous Improvement Certified (i. e., Lean Expert or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt)
  • Previous Experience in Continuous Improvement, Program and Project Management, or similar
  • Proven experience in a large, matrixed, global organization, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects and deliver results
  • Continuous Improvement mindset and prior experience implementing best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects and programs and meet scope, schedule, and objectives.
  • Experience in managing teams, Stakeholders as well as senior subject matter experts.
