As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and securing senior leadership talent that drives TE’s global growth and transformation. This is a highly visible, high-impact role suited for a data-driven, results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and is energized by partnering with senior leaders.

Note: This position is posted in the United Kingdom; however, it is a global remote role, and we are open to considering candidates in other locations based on experience and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end executive search for mission-critical leadership roles across multiple business units and global regions.
  • Leverage data analytics and talent intelligence to inform sourcing strategies, assess market dynamics, and guide hiring decisions.
  • Build and sustain diverse, future-ready executive talent pipelines through strategic mapping, competitive intelligence, and proactive engagement.
  • Deliver clear, insightful candidate assessments and market intelligence to senior stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Own, evolve, and optimize executive recruiting processes, tools, and metrics to continuously improve quality of hire and speed to impact.
  • Partner closely with HR, Talent Management, and Total Rewards to ensure alignment with broader talent, succession, and compensation strategies.
What Your Background Should Look Like
  • A proven track record of executive search delivery within a global industrial or manufacturing environment, with strong exposure to engineering-led and highly specialized roles.
  • Prior in-house executive recruiting experience within a complex, global industrial/manufacturing organization strongly preferred.
  • A strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to use data and insights to influence outcomes and optimize decision-making.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence and credibility at the C-suite and Board-facing level.
  • A strong bias for action, ownership, and continuous improvement in everything you do.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting executive-level talent, including C-suite leaders and their direct reports.
