As an Assembly Operator, you will play a key role in producing high-quality connectors by accurately building component parts in line with work instructions and specifications. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations while consistently meeting quality, efficiency, and output targets.
Job Requirements:- Follow TE Connectivity’s documented departmental standards, fundamental rules, and company procedures to ensure safe and compliant working practice.
- Assemble connector components to defined quality standards, minimising defects and rework.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards to support a safe, organised, and efficient work environment.
- Achieve required cycle times as defined in process routings, contributing to departmental efficiency targets.
- Work independently with minimal supervision once trained, demonstrating reliability and self-discipline.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support workflow continuity and departmental performance.
- Consistently uphold required standards of Quality, Efficiency, and Housekeeping.
- A good general standard of education, with the ability to understand and apply technical information.
