We are offering a range of exciting apprenticeship opportunities starting in September 2026 across our Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations functions at our Hastings site. These programmes are designed to provide hands-on experience, industry-recognised qualifications, and a strong foundation for a long-term career. As an apprentice, you will gain practical skills while working alongside experienced professionals, contributing to real projects, and developing technical expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Apprenticeship Pathways:

  • Engineering including Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering and Toolmaking
  • Facilities - Electrician
  • Operations, including Buying and Planning

What We’re Looking For:

Training & Development:

You will complete your apprenticeship through a combination of on-the-job experience and structured learning delivered by a specialist training provider, working towards a recognised qualification relevant to your role.
