Responsibilities
- Process Leadership: Lead the Mould shop to optimize processes for quality and output.
- Manufacturing Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge to standardize and improve operations.
- TEOA Alignment: Ensure plants meet TEOA requirements for continuous improvement.
- CoE & BDPs: Implement best practices across plants to ensure consistency.
- Tool & Machine Optimization: Improve tools and machines to increase efficiency.
- Platform Development: Design and implement process and automation platforms for new and existing products.
- System Proficiency: Use TE systems (SAP, TLM, CAD) to optimize processes.
- Product Development Support: Collaborate with product teams to optimize tools for production.
- Manufacturing Concepts: Select appropriate manufacturing methods based on production needs.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between engineering and production teams.
- Production Ramp-Up: Ensure smooth production ramp-up for new designs.
- Productivity Focus: Improve productivity and optimize OEE.
- First-Time Right (FTR): Accelerate time-to-market through FTR processes.
- Process Documentation: Develop guides, work instructions, and process FMEAs.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in molding engineering or a related discipline.
- Manufacturing Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, materials science, and quality control methodologies.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, GMP, and OSHA.
- Quality Control Expertise: Experience with quality control methods and tools (e.g., FMEAs, run charts, first article inspections).
- Data Analysis: Expertise in data analysis and statistical methods for process control and optimization.
- ERP Systems: Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP, for managing manufacturing operations.
- OEE Familiarity: Knowledge of Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) concepts and strategies for continuous improvement.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply engineering principles to complex manufacturing challenges.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface between engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Product Development Support: Proven experience in supporting product development and ensuring manufacturability of designs.
