Sets periodic objectives, communicates them to the employees and organizes workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
Job Requirements
- Maintain safe working practices supporting the company’s standards
- Ensure the correct selecting of material from company documentation
- Deliver material to operational areas in a timely manner
- Working to tight deadlines
- Good housekeeping, 5S knowledge desirable
- Using machinery to prep and complete products
- File and process paperwork within the area and in line with system requirements
- Working to a high standard

- Informing supervisor and or purchasing of material shortages
- Maintaining production plans to ensure alignment with customer demands and shipping deadlines
- Participating in daily team meetings to review plans and workload
- Effectively communicating and updating relevant departments on current operational statuses
- Flexibility to work within other process departments
