TE Connectivity’s Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. This role performs changeovers and setups according to production schedule, performs quality checks according to established processes and documents the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining 5S and organization of the work area, in addition must follow TE Connectivity’s EH&S policies and procedures.
Job Requirements- Maintain safe working practices supporting the company’s standards.
- Ensure the correct selection of material from company documentation.
- Deliver material to operational areas in a timely manner.
- Work to tight deadlines.
- Good housekeeping, 5S knowledge desirable.
- Use machinery to prep and complete products.
- File and process paperwork within the area and in line with system requirements.
- Work to a high standard.
- Inform supervisor and/or purchasing of material shortages.
- Maintain production plans to ensure alignment with customer demands and shipping deadlines.
- Participate in daily team meetings to review plans and workload.
- Effectively communicate and update relevant departments on current operational statuses.
- Flexibility to work within other process departments.
