We’re looking for an experienced educator who is passionate about inclusion, equity, and ensuring every learner has the support they need to succeed.
As a Learning Support Coordinator, you will work across early childhood, primary, and secondary contexts. Your focus will be on ensuring ākonga who need learning support are identified early, supported effectively, and able to participate, progress, and move confidently through their learning journey.
- Coordinating learning support

About you
- New Zealand teacher registration and current New Zealand teachers practicing certificate and a strong understanding of curriculum frameworks
- Proven experience supporting ākonga with diverse or complex learning needs
- A strong commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive education
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solution‑focused approach
- Confidence working with learning support systems, data, and inter‑agency processes
- The ability to build trusted relationships with kaiako, whānau, and external agencies
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple supports at once
