IMS and Compliance Lead
The Dispute Service (TDS) operates statutory tenancy deposit schemes across the UK, including the Tenancy Deposit Scheme in England & Wales, Safe Deposits Scotland and TDS Northern Ireland, together with tenancy redress and ombudsman services.
This is a full-time, permanent position that will be based in our TDS office in Hemel Hempstead and will follow our hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.
The salary for this role is £54,853.86 per annum.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) framework across ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001.
- Define and manage IMS policies, standards, procedures and documentation structures.
- Ensure that business processes are clearly defined, documented and aligned to ISO requirements.
- Work with Process Owners and Business Analysts to support process standardisation and control definition.
- Develop and manage the internal and external audit programme across all ISO standards.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, including planning, scheduling and evidence preparation.
- Maintain control of IMS documentation, ensuring consistency, version control and appropriate approvals.
- Oversee the identification, management and resolution of nonconformities and incidents relating to the IMS.
Qualifications
- Have strong experience in managing or operating ISO-based management systems (ISO 9001, 14001 and/or 27001).
- Demonstrate experience designing, implementing or maintaining governance frameworks, policies and controlled documentation.
- Have experience managing audit programmes, including external certification audits.
- Show a strong understanding of risk management, controls and compliance principles.
- Demonstrate experience managing nonconformities, root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
